Implantation of VNS and DBS programable battery units, EFO electrodes, halo/tongs, ICP monitor, ventriculostomy, many revise-incision cases, or ventriculostomy. Removal of CSF shunt, DBS electrode, SAS pump, subdural EEG strip electrodes, or spinal cord stimulator.
